Located in Downtown Salisbury, North Carolina, The Crafty Buffalo’s eclectic menu focuses on the art of the feast, from hearty burgers, steaks, and salads. We’re best known for our bison offerings, including bison chilli, burgers, buffaloaf, and bbq buffalo balls.
